"BACK TO NATURE" QIGONG
“Back to Nature” qigong is a practice to improve your health and wellbeing for life. This qigong consists of synergy and coordination of the softness and hardness elements in the workout method. In class, students will learn three basic lessons:
It is necessary to touch the ground with your bare feet on grass to get the full benefit from the exercises.
If this is not possible, then after practice, or during the day, look for opportunities to walk barefoot on grass (this is a necessary element of the “Back to Nature” Qigong).
One need to train these three exercises to achieve a certain level before stepping into the higher levels.
