THE BASIC MIND QIGONG

 

  • A set of methods manipulate the underlying competencies of a human to coordinate with the Natural energy to balance the body and mind that have caused illness in life.
  • A method to use Human Nature and the nature of Heaven and Earth with the purpose of enhancing the strong survival instincts and power within us.
  • With a smile on the face and a peaceful soul we will fulfill our goal, which is a better life.

 

Through my experience training with those who no longer have the energy to work out, this is the ultimate method to lift them up from a depressed state.

It is a real simple method as the follows:

  • Sit on a chair with bare feet touching the ground or grass (It has the effect of releasing bad living energy out of the body through the feet and reconditioning the level of bioelectricity. This is very important indispensable when training).
  • Two hands put on the top of belly portion below the belly button about 2 inchs.
  • Wear a mask over the face, like doctors or nurses are working in hospitals. (Wearing a mask makes us easily focusing on breathing in and out through noses).
  • Close your eyes. Create a smile on your face. (When creating a smile on face, you are provoking the harmonic parts Yin and Yang in the body).
  • The tongue curls up and touches the palate to create chi connection from lower body to upper head through tip of the tongue.

 

Workouts:

  • Sit quietly and track only breath in and out, as long as possible. If you get tired and bored then stop.
  • While you sit like that, the Yin and Yang inner regulator will automatically work with outside Nature Energy to complete its mission, which is to rebuild the health and peace of your body and soul.
