Breathing Training

Roar of lion.

  • A pronunciation to breathe out, a method to leverage the human recovery potentiality.
  • Breathe in and breathe out is the method to work out the muscles in the inner body.
  • Breathe in and out is a method of body thermos-regulation.
  • Breathe consciously is one method of relieving the sorrow, anxiety. Sorrow, anxiety cause illness in our lives.

 

"Back to Nature" Theory of Breathing Training

  • The normal person breaths from 12 to 15 times per minute. This is the rythm of shallow breaths and it will weaken the body.
  • The rythm of breath per minute of a normal person is increased or decreased because the affects of emotion or environment.
  • With the method of breathing under 6 breaths per minute, practicer will develop the body in good condition

 

Three Levels of Breathing Training

There are three levels of breathing training:

1. Basic Breathing Training. (inhale 2 times, exhale)

  • Five breaths per minute.
  • Four breaths per minute.

2. Intermediate Breathing Training. (inhale, exhale 2 times)

  • Five breaths per minute.
  • Four breaths per minute.

3. Advance Breathing Training. (inhale, exhale)

  • Five breaths per minute.
  • Four breaths per minute.

 Basic Breathing Training. (inhale 2 times, exhale)

Inhale using nose, pull in the stomach, raise chest up at the same time straighten your spine. Exhale using nose and pronounce "Oohmm" in the throat with mouth closed.

This method is the practice for beginners to increase the capacity of lungs.

  • Five breaths per minute.
  • Four breaths per minute.

 

Five breaths per minute.

Four breaths per minute.

 Intermediate Breathing Training.

Inhale using nose, pull in the stomach, raise chest up at the same time straighten your spine. Exhale using nose and pronounce "Oohmm" in the throat with mouth closed.

This method is the practice to strengthen lungs and release more toxic in the body.

  • Five breaths per minute.
  • Four breaths per minute.

Advance Breathing Training. (inhale, exhale)

Inhale using nose, pull in the stomach, raise chest up at the same time straighten your spine. Exhale using nose and pronounce "Oohmm" in the throat with mouth closed.

This method is the practice to soothe the emotions  and release depression.

  • Five breaths per minute.
  • Four breaths per minute.
